It is an exciting game where 2-6 players can participate. The game can be played in several ways.
History
Chinese Checkers was started in the 1920s in America.
About the game
- 2, 3, 4, or 6 players can be part of this game. When six players are playing the game, all triangles and pegs are utilized.
- When four players are playing the game, the play will begin with two pairs of opposite facing triangles. On the other hand, when two players are playing the game, the game is played from triangles opposing each other.
- In a set of 3 players, the pegs begin with three triangles located at an equal distance from each other.
Chinese Checkers Gameplay
- Every player picks a color, along with tent pegs of similar color positioned in an appropriately colored triangle.
- As per specific rules, it is said that the triangles that aren’t used should be left filled along with their respective unutilized pegs as not to be utilized in the game.
- The game starts with a coin toss where the toss decides the player who can start. Next, the player shifts a single peg of their respective colors one by one. With one turn, a single pin can be changed to the adjoining hole; it can take one or more hops across other pegs.
- When the hopping move is attempted, every trip should be placed over the next pin to an empty hole, further side of it.
- Every hop can be across any of the colored pegs along with players peg and continue in any of the six directions.
- After every hop player can finish or continue the game by hopping across another pin. At some stances, the player can shift a peg right from the very first triangle over the board and to the opposite facing triangle just in a single turn.
The Objective of the Chinese Checkers
The primary goal of the game is to become the 1st player to shift all ten pegs over the board and also into triangles located on the opposite side. One who occupies all ten location holes is declared as the winner.

THE RULES OF THE GAME:
CCJ - Chinese Checkers for JAVA is the Java implementation of a traditional Chinese game for two to six players.
The objective of the game is to move the ten marbles across the board and occupy the star point triangle directly opposite. The first player to accomplish this is a winner. More than one player may reach the end point during the same round, being both or all winners.
Each player uses a different colored set of ten marbles and places them at the corresponding triangle or starting point of the six pointed star.
The six star Chinese Checkers board allows a combination of two, three, four or six players. The players are distributed keeping a balance on the board: Two and four players games start at opposing triangles. A three player game start with the marbles in three triangles equally distant (equidistant) from each other.
Partners may be chosen and it is permitted to help move the partner's marbles after a player finishes first. In the event of one partner finishing first, he or she is permitted to help the unfinished partner move his marbles.
Toss a coin or choose a player to start; then play continues to the left. Each player moves one of his colored marbles on each turn. A marble can be moved into an adjacent empty hole or jump any colored marble in any direction, following the board lines, and landing into a vacant hole. Successive jumps are allowed as long as empty holes are available beyond adjacent marbles. It is possible to move a marble from the starting triangle to the target triangle in one turn using various jumps or hops.
Marbles are never removed from the board. Once a peg has reached the opposite triangle, it may not be moved out of the triangle. If one or more of the holes in the target triangle contain a marble belonging to another player, this does not prevent a player from winning by dubious blocking. The player is entitled to win the game when all the available holes within the triangle are occupied.
